Cheesecake, Blood, and Muscles

So you may wonder what cheesecake, blood, and muscles have in common..well they all took a part in my past week/weekend. So here let me tell you about my great adventures.

Cheesecake Factory TWICE in 4 days, first just for cheesecake and bread and second for the whole deal: bread, lunch, and cheesecake. Really this experience alone made my weekend. Their taste and huge variety of food and cheesecake never cease to amaze me. If you have never eaten at Cheesecake factory you HAVE to go..I have never really been a huge fan of cheesecake, but no words can describe the wonderful taste I get when enjoying one of their cheesecakes, really though. And my first experience of Cheesecake Factory was in Hawaii, and you can't really hate anything in Hawaii.

Blood: This is not one of favorite memories of the week, but I had to get my blood drawn for this medication i will be going on.. for those who know me, know that this is a challenge for me...and that sometimes I faint. So yes, I am in my 20's and still making my mommy come with me to calm me down.
After the process of making sure I was breathing during the drawing of my blood, I started telling myself I was going to be okay..but i started to feel sweaty and dizzy and I thought: Do i just phsyc myself out and because of my mind I can make myself faint? or is it something with my body composition and what not that make needles poked in me taking my blood faint? Well my mom's answer is that I pshyc myself out..but i don't know. I will be having to get my blood tested once a month, so maybe i will get better at it...all i can say now is my mom better prepare herself for when i am pregnant and need to get blood test, or i better have a really great husband who comes with me :)

Muscles: My last experience, but not least of course was gaining some intense muscle. Lauren and I bought passes to all the exercise classes at BYU and can i just say 1st: I am glad they play real music..ya know the kind you didn't think BYU could play :) ha, and 2nd exercise instructors are INTENSE or a (The B Word) ..you finish the statement your way. Either way My arms hurt so bad...but its a good hurt ya know, i am gonna be burning some fat and gaining some great muscle and i am going to be that intense instructor in no time, or just have a great beach body in no time!!! With that being said I really want to go to the beach ASAP

Alright well that's my life in the past couple of days, some high and low points but still very exciting.
Interesting Fact of the Day: to be considered unemployed you have to be: willing, able and actively searching...sooo technically I am not unemployed, because I haven't really been actively searching...thank you econ.

Maybe The Small Things Really Do Matter

Alright, it's been a while since I last blogged and... I miss it/I am kind of overwhelmed with things i want to blog about. So here I will start by telling you about my Christmas Vacation.
First off I love Christmas, because it's a time where I get to stay home with family, feel the spirit/increase of love, escape from reality of growing up and enjoy lives precious moments.
So like you, I have been bombarded with the questions: Did you have a good break? What'd you do? What was your favorite part? sometimes I feel like we give the common small talk answers to these questions but, I was determined to think up good answers to these questions this year because I wanted my answers to express the uniqueness of  my vacation. So I started thinking about my break and you wanna know something.. my favorite parts of vacations are the little things, that I wish I had pictures of, but end up making the experience for me.

So you want to know my favorite parts of the break?

  • Girls Day At Gardner Village spent shopping and purchasing delicious treats

The break was so so great to me!!  I know that these wonderful blessings I was given during the break came from my loving father in heaven. I hope your Christmas Break was as wonderful as mine and that you are able to find the small things that really make your vacations/breaks an experience to remember!
